Government – A Vital Ally A critical part of the overall agreement was the undertaking by Government to fund the development costs associated with the new children's hospital. This is to be sited on the car park of the existing Mater Misericordiae Hospital. The development will also create significant new facilities for the Mater and Children's Hospital Development Limited (MCHD).
