Description of Service:

This is a three-Consultant Department with a Senior Registrar and Registrar. The full scope of ENT Surgical practice is provided by this Department with a specific interest in head and neck cancer surgery, ear surgery, nasal and sinus surgery and benign surgery of the larynx. The Department works in close co-operation with the Speech and Language Therapy Service and the Audiology service for the assessment of hearing loss and deafness. Four outpatient clinics are held per week and there are four operating sessions per week undertaken by the different specialists.
