Department of Child & Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS)
||We endeavour to provide sensitive, skilled and effective services in our local community for the promotion and maintenance of mental health, with the goal of helping children and families to negotiate the challenges of childhood and youth.
We work collaboratively with children, young people, parents and professionals, using the most up to date research and knowledge, building on strengths and fostering self-development.
Description of Service
Mater CAMHS aims to deliver specialist secondary level services which are responsive to, and centred on the interests of children and their carers, and to develop and extend effective partnerships for a cross agency approach to mental health and well being.
