The hepatobiliary team has specialist expertise in the management of liver, pancreatic and biliary disease. This includes treatment of both benign and malignant conditions. This team includes surgeons, diagnostic/interventional radiologists, hepatologists, gastroenterologists, oncologists and pathologists.  The HPB unit is also involved in the management of diseases of the gallbladder – both cancerous and non-cancerous (benign) diseases.

Hernias

Our surgeons have a significant interest in surgery for hernias, including inguinal (groin) hernias and sports hernias ("Gilmore's Groin").
