Healthy eating is all about balance.

When in hospital, nutrition is vital for your recovery and your diet can vary according to your recovery needs.

Once you are at home and back into your routine it's about balancing difference food groups and combining it with moderate exercise.

A healthy diet starts at the supermarket- plan you meals, write a list, stick to it and don't shop on an empty stomach.
